HealthEast
The development of HealthEast Maplewood achieved the client’s objectives of creating a one-stop, multi-specialty center that is beautiful, modern, functional, convenient and user-friendly. It was also implemented efficiently and cost-effectively in a time-sensitive manner.
The design team’s goals were to develop the highest quality healthcare facility possible while meeting HealthEast’s objectives. The overriding focus of the design was a balance between quality, beauty, environment, and functionality. The firm provided many special features, while keeping tenant leases at market rates. Some examples of features include a fireplace, a “floating” glass staircase, original artwork designed by local artists, and a beautiful dichotic glass art piece that changes color based on the intensity of the incoming light.
